Shipping Policy

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 working day. For UK mainland the delivery service is Express, generally 1-2 working days thereafter. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. Fast delivery to all UK mainland postcodes is offered at £6.99, unless order value is under £45, in which case £4.99, or under £25 just £2.99. Surcharges apply for bulk/heavy orders and will display at checkout.

Shipping to UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Europe may take slightly longer and the postal charge displays at checkout (£9.99-£25.99). There are postal discounts for multi-product orders.

There is no surcharge for the Scottish Highlands, but delivery may be slightly longer.

All shipments are tracked and we share details of this at time of dispatch. To ensure nothing is missed, please ensure sales@mudrugs.co.uk is considered a safe sender, or keep an eye on your junk folder.
